Konik is partnered with a growing mechanical contractor who is adding a Service Project Manager to their team.

Service Project Manager Responsibilities:

Manage industrialmercial project's progress and schedule; resolve any needed changes

Establish, develop, and retain service relationships formercial and industrial customers

Oversee budgets and drive results

Ensure correct material, equipment, and subcontractors are coordinated

Service Project Manager Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing HVAC projects

Ability to work in a collaborative and solutions driven environment

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to read construction drawing and blues
