Were hiring a Full-Time MIG / TIG Welder to repair and maintain temporary metal fencing . This is a 1st shift position with weekly pay and potential for long-term opportunity!

? What Youll Do:

• Perform MIG / TIG welding on metal fencing panels

• Repair cracks, breaks, and bent components

• Inspect and prep fencing for safe use

• Keep your work area safe, clean, and efficient

• Minimum 23 years of hands-on welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick depending on role)

• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings

• Proficient in operating welding equipment , grinders, torches, and related hand/power tools

• Strong understanding of metal properties, welding techniques, and fabrication methods

• Ability to measure and cut materials accurately using measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.)

• Familiarity with safety procedures , PPE, and OSHA standards in a welding environment

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• High attention to detail and ability to produce clean, structurally sound welds

• Clean criminal back ground & Drug Screen

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

• Willingness to work overtime when needed
