Production Worker**
**Job Description**
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
+ Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
+ Perform basic carpentry skills.
+ Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
+ Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in using hand tools.
+ Comfortability working in a dirtier work environment.
+ Wearing steel toe shoes.
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.
+ Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
+ Ability to read and write simple instructions.
+ Effective communication skills with team members.
+ Experience using tools such as impact guns, hammers, scrapers, pliers, and tape measures.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in an indoor/outdoor facility, requiring candidates to be comfortable working in environments without temperature control. The shift times are Monday to Friday, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with current work hours ranging from 8 to 11 hours a day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, Oregon.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
