I own and operate the company myself and hold a MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License in addition to being a registered MA Home Improvement Contractor. We are fully licensed and insured. The area of work coverage includes Massachusetts within Route 95 but north of Boston including the North Shore, areas outside of Metro Boston, and coastal/southern New Hampshire, and Maine The Scope of the Projects include but are not limited to: 1. Residential remodeling, renovations, and additions. 2. Interior Finishing including cabinets, trim, molding, flooring, and kitchen, bathroom tile. 3. Stairways and Railings both interior and exterior. Job Duties include but are not limited to: 1. Carpentry - Framing, Finish Cabinet, Trim, and Molding. 2. Insulating, Drywall, Plastering/Taping, and Painting. 3. Interior finish application including painting and staining. 4. Small scale demolition. The ideal candidate would be physically fit, experienced, and have your own common tools. You must have your own vehicle for transportation due to job sites being in different locations at any time. It is preferred that the candidate is ready to work reliably part time. It is expected that time during the day is primarily dedicated to the job with the customer in mind at all times. Excessive breaks and excessive cell phone use is not considered ideal use of time. The descriptions above span many talents but ultimately carpentry, measuring, good general knowledge, and attention to detail along with having your own tools and transportation, and being respectable and reliable are most important.
