Construction Manager

Construction Manager opportunity with a heavy industrial petrochemical client located in the Chattanooga, TN area. This role will be responsible for managing all construction trades of a capital project. This position requires a background in heavy industrial projects and a commitment to maintaining stringent quality and safety standards. As a Construction Manager, you will collaborate closely with client teams, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize project delivery and maintain high productivity standards.

responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and safety regulations.
  
  
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and client representatives, to ensure seamless project execution.
  
  
• Monitor project progress, address any issues or delays promptly, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments to maintain high standards.
  
  
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies are strictly followed by all team members on-site.

Requirements:

• Approximately 5 or more years of experience in construction management within a petrochemical plant or similar plant environment.
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage all construction trades.
  
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction management principles, OSHA regulations, and safety compliance.
  
  
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple teams.
