Location: Charlotte, NC | Schedule: MonThurs 7:30 AM5:30 PM, Fri 7:30 AM11:30 AM

What Youll Do
  • Input deeds and plats into AutoCAD with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare a variety of plats including:
    • Boundary
    • Topographical
    • ALTA/NSPS
    • Right of Way
  • Produce final subdivision and recombination plats for recording.
  • UtilizeCivil 3DandCarlson Softwareto deliver precise survey documents.
  • Interpret plats, deeds, easements, and plans to support project accuracy.
What You Bring
  • Proficiency inAutoCAD, with hands-on experience inCivil 3DandCarlson Software.
  • Solid understanding of surveying practices in both field and office settings.
  • Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced survey or engineering environment.
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime.
Work Environment
  • Primarily office-based with occasional field coverage as needed.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Fieldwork may involve walking long distances, navigating uneven terrain, and exposure to outdoor elements (including insects and wildlife).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
