This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: THE ABILITY TO WORK WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION such as:

• Experience directing the raising or lowering of an antenna panel and reading blueprints and work from sketches.
• Experience using hand tools, small power tools, power assist equipment, and motor vehicle equipment.
• Experience working assignments and making sound decisions after exhausting climbing on the VLF towers.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as drum hoists, category 4 cranes, bulldozers, backhoe, forklift and bucket truck. Must meet licensing requirements.
