Substation Project Engineer

will manage both the Physical and Protection & Control Design teams, consisting of around 5 Design engineers. This role will be 50% management responsibilities and 50% hands on project management. This individual will lead substation design projects (medium-high voltage substation design), P&C design packages, and physical design layout requirements. Project management responsibilities will include but are not limited to project initiation, work scope, budget, scheduling, maintaining project status, allocate resources accordingly, and provide technical oversight to ensure design deliverables are met. This individual must have great verbal and written communication skills as they will coordinate daily with internal peers and design teams, as well as external clients, subcontractors, project managers, etc.
