General Laborer- 3rd Shift

9:30pm-6:00am Starting at $16.00+ S-TH with possible OT. Pro Resources is staffing for a General Labor position in Williamsport, IN. At this company, General Laborers support a range of operational processes in fabrication and metal manufacturing. This entry-level position provides exposure to multiple departments and processes. Job Duties: Perform general duties as assigned, including grinding, shot blasting, stamping, saw operation, and press operation Basic skills with hand and air tools Conduct quality checks using approved tools to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications Clock jobs and parts accurately to update office on production status Follow instructions from shop travelers, equipment manuals, and blueprints; maintain proper documentation Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and perform cleaning tasks during downtime Report any equipment issues to supervisor or lead as needed Demonstrate safe work habits, wear required PPE, and observe machine safety features Job Qualifications: Ability to lift at least 50lbs while standing/bending/twisting for a minimum of 8 hrs. Must be willing to adhere to the overtime if needed. Must pass pre-employment drug screen. Must pass pre-employment background check. Ability to read blueprints, job orders, safety rules, and equipment manuals Basic arithmetic skills (fractions, decimals, unit conversions) Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, tape) W ork in noisy or fluctuating temperature environments Strong attention to detail, effective verbal communication, and commitment to teamwork #Crawfordsville
