Now Hiring: Residential Construction Superintendent

Well-established residential builder is looking for a Construction Superintendent with 1015+ years of experience to help manage multiple projects in Fairfield County, CT.

We specialize in custom homes, large additions, and high-end renovations, and were looking for someone who knows how to run a tight ship keeping timelines, teams, and quality all on track. MUST be detail-oriented and have experience leading a team. MUST be able to communicate in Spanish.

This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunity for long-term growth and leadership. We want someone who cares deeply about this industry and wants to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple active jobs
-Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and in-house carpenters
-Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and productivity
-Communicate with clients, vendors, inspectors, and subcontractors
-Monitor quality control from framing through finish work
-Troubleshoot field issues and ensure project stays on budget/schedule

Requirements:
-1015+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction
-Track record of managing full-scale renovations, new builds, or luxury residential projects
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents
-Familiarity with permitting and inspections process

Details:
-Location: Fairfield County, CT (travel between sites required)
-Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday (occasional weekends as needed)
-Salary Range: $95,000$130,000, depending on experience
