Hiring Full-Time Handyman!

We are looking for someone who likes to work independently on a variety of general building and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities and Duties

Grounds maintenance on properties including but not limited to, mowing, irrigation system, outdoor lighting, landscaping, plowing/snow removal
Building maintenance on properties including but not limited to, heating/cooling systems, plumbing, repairs, general maintenance issues
Tool/equipment maintenance
Helps to maintain any problems that arise or arranges for reasonable contractors to take care of them promptly
Available to respond to emergencies should they arise
Other small projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

Must have relevant handyman or maintenance experience
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Prior experience working with tools
Can work independently to problem solve
Ability to communicate well with the team
Accountable
Responsible

Additional Details

Pay range is $30 $35 per hour.
Expected to work 32 40 hours per week.
Subject to background and reference checks.
