CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. This position requires hands-on experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. This is a long-term opportunity for dependable technicians who take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service.

Work Scope Includes:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components

• Install and service ductwork, fans, air handlers, and heat pumps

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Complete maintenance check-ups and repair reports

• Follow all jobsite safety guidelines and protocols

• Deliver excellent service to clients and site leads

• Complete assigned tasks per project terms without further notice or follow-up

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license

• 3-5 years of HVAC service experience (commercial and/or residential)

• Knowledge of A/C, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions (heat, dust, humidity, etc.)

• Must have tools and PPE

• Must pass background check and drug test
