Assistant (6mo-2yrs experience)

• Works with a Lead on residential jobs
• Learns by doing, builds real skills

Mid-Tier (2-4yrs experience)

• Works under a Lead, helps train Assistants
• Builds independence and code confidence

Lead (5+yrs experience)

• Runs jobs or leads small crews
• Writes estimates, works toward/holds Master license
