Civil Foreman**
**Job Description**
The Civil Foreman is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the civil component of the project. This role involves interfacing with subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, scope of work, and contract documents. The Civil Foreman is tasked with correcting and reporting any safety issues to the Safety Manager and managing daily activities and materials of subcontractors.
**Responsibilities**
+ Communicate effectively with subcontractors and internal leadership to keep all parties informed of project details and changes related to scheduling, scope, or requested deliverables.
+ Understand the scope of work of subcontractors for assigned projects.
+ Collaborate with the Environmental team to ensure subcontractors comply with organizational and state environmental regulations.
+ Ensure all tasks are executed in accordance with approved methods of safety, quality, and client standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 8 years of civil construction experience preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of civil supervision experience preferred.
+ Solar experience is highly preferred.
+ Operator license or verified experience.
+ OSHA 30 certification.
+ Ability to read construction drawings and diagrams and develop a working plan for design implementation.
+ Ability to lead and manage a crew.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
+ Developing knowledge of layout and survey work.
+ Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
+ Fine Grade construction skills.
+ Valid drivers license.

**Pay and Benefits**
