Solar Electrical Superintendent Job Description We are seeking an experienced Solar Electrical Superintendent to oversee both underground and above-ground solar electrical installation work for a self-perform solar project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing crews and providing project oversight under the direction of the Construction Manager. Responsibilities Manage and oversee crews performing solar electrical installations. Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications for both underground and above-ground installations. Coordinate daily activities and provide direction to workers on-site. Collaborate with the Construction Manager to maintain project schedules and meet deadlines. Perform troubleshooting and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct daily safety talks and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in solar electrical work. 5+ years of management experience. Proficiency in electrical, conduit, wiring, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Experience with conduit bending and pulling wire. Knowledge of industrial electrical construction.
