NOW HIRING: Skilled Laborer Metal Fabrication Shop (Ellwood City, PA) Location: Ellwood City, PA Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled laborer to join our fast-paced metal fabrication shop. This hands-on role involves both physical labor and technical tasks supporting the fabrication team. If you have experience working with steel or stainless steel and enjoy being part of a team, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations in the metal fabrication shop

• Use hand and power tools for cutting, drilling, sawing, bending, rolling, and burning

• Support Fitters as a Fitter Helper on complex fabrication tasks

• Perform machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Help with painting, prepping, and general shop upkeep

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in metal fabrication preferred

• Previous experience in steel and/or stainless steel fabrication

• Strong mechanical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

• Proficient with hand tools and fabrication equipment

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a high-paced, team environment

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
