Junior Project Engineer

We are currently seeking a Junior Project Engineer / Quality Assistant to support our clients growing construction team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent Civil Engineering graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in project engineering and quality assurance within the construction industry.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with material takeoffs and project scheduling

Communicate and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers

Track and verify material deliveries from vendors and suppliers

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Support the site Superintendent in implementing QA/QC measures

Record on-site activities, maintain daily logs, and summarize production outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (required)

02 years of industry experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Previous construction-related experience is a plus, but not required
