Prerequisites:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction
• Experience on projects valued at $20MM or more
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of sub-trades and managing teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

• Ensure project success through safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Facilitate relationships with team members, subcontractors, and owners
