Construction Manager 5**
**Location: Cheyenne, WY - Onsite**
**Job Summary:**
Our client, the Global Leader in Technology are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Construction Manager** to lead and coordinate projects in construction, engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product rollouts. This role requires strong project management capabilities, including telecom equipment installation knowledge and the ability to write and assess scopes for RFPs and change orders. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with strong communication and documentation skills to drive project success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop detailed project plans and direct the integration of technical and operational activities.
+ Lead telecom equipment installation projects and ensure proper coordination across internal and external teams.
+ Write and evaluate scopes of work for RFPs and changes; manage all project documentation accordingly.
+ Present and explain project proposals, progress reports, and results to clients and stakeholders.
+ Recruit, assign, supervise, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and capability development.
+ Analyze technology needs, resource availability, and market demands to assess project feasibility.
+ Collaborate with management, production, and marketing departments to ensure project alignment with business goals.
+ Review, recommend, and approve contracts, budgets, and cost estimates.
**Required Skills & Competencies:**
+ Deep understanding of **telecom equipment installation and coordination** practices.
+ Proven experience in **project management** , specifically in writing and assessing **scopes for RFPs and change orders** .
+ Strong **communication and documentation skills** verbal, written, and visual.
+ Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
+ Knowledge of production processes, cost control, and quality management principles.
+ Strategic business insight including planning, resource allocation, and organizational methods.
+ Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
+ **PMI or PMP certification** preferred.
+ **Minimum of 10 years** of progressive experience in construction or project management roles, with telecom or technical project experience strongly preferred.
