We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on experience and be well-versed in a range of general repair and renovation tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Basic plumbing and electrical repairs

Roof inspections and minor roof maintenance

Interior and exterior wall painting

Drywall repair and general patchwork

Small renovation and remodeling projects

Routine property upkeep and emergency repairs

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in general handyman work, especially in commercial settings

Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems

Ability to perform minor roof repairs

Skilled in painting, drywall, and general renovation

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision
