Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect / Lead Developer to design, build, and support Anaplan models for planning, budgeting, reporting, and incentive compensation. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Anaplan models and dashboards.

Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain and optimize existing Anaplan models.

Support testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data teams for smooth integration.

Stay updated with Anaplan features and apply improvements.

Required Skills:
7+ years of Anaplan experience, with at least 3 full implementations.

Strong in Anaplan model building and architecture.

Experience with planning, budgeting, reporting, and incentive compensation.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
