Welder Position
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG/TIG/ARC welding on structural and ornamental steel components
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers and shop team for seamless execution

Qualifications:
- Proven welding experience (certifications a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Estimator Position
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate quotes
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and engineers for pricing and scope
- Prepare detailed proposals for structural and ornamental steel jobs
- Maintain organized records and follow up on bids

Qualifications:
- Previous estimating experience in construction or metal fabrication
- Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with estimating software a plus
