Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hr (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift

What You'll Do:

• Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Accurately measure and align components using calipers, tape measures, and fixtures
• Weld thin stainless and carbon steel using GMAW or GTAW processes
• Perform welding in various positions: flat, horizontal, overhead, and rotated
• Inspect welded components for quality, making necessary repairs
• Use grinders and other hand tools for finishing and clean-up
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
• Accurately track time spent on each job

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of welding experience preferred
• Must pass a Welder Qualification Test per AWS Standards
• Skilled in GMAW and/or GTAW welding
• Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols
• Familiar with safety standards and PPE usage
• Welding school certification is a plus
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Dublin, GA
