Job Title: Scheduler

Location: Plano, TX

The Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project schedules across a range of commercial construction projects. This role works closely with project teams to establish baseline schedules, track progress, and ensure timely and efficient execution through the life cycle of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)

Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather schedule input and updates

Create baseline schedules and update timelines based on real-time progress and field conditions

Analyze schedule impacts and provide recovery strategies when delays occur

Assist with resource loading and cost loading as needed for schedule accuracy

Conduct regular schedule reviews and participate in project meetings

Provide detailed schedule reports and forecasting to internal teams and clients

Ensure all scheduling efforts align with contractual requirements and company standards

Qualifications:

3+ years of scheduling experience in commercial construction

Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, CPM scheduling, and project controls

Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)

Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple schedules across various project types and phases
