Residential Plumbing Technician - $25-$40/hr + Bonuses & Company Vehicle

Budget Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, a St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplace, is hiring experienced Residential Plumbing Technicians to join our growing team. If you're skilled in residential plumbing, committed to quality work, and ready for a long-term opportunity with top pay and benefits, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Receive:

$25-$40/hr based on experience, plus bonuses and commissions

What You'll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems

Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners

Offer repair and replacement options with accurate estimates

Work independently or alongside other skilled team members

Uphold safety standards and maintain a professional appearance

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of residential plumbing experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift plumbing equipment and pass background/drug screenings
