Atlas Building Group is seeking detail oriented self-driven Project Coordinator to successfully execute the construction document controls associated with the successful completion of commercial retail construction projects including the following:
Creating project subcontracts, change orders and purchase orders
Administration and execution of project document controls such as closeout documentation, submittals, RFI's, and project updates
Review and monitor compliance items for external vendors, subcontractors and suppliers
Outreach and relationship building with external stakeholders for construction projects
Other duties as assigned

This position demands a detail oriented team member with the ability to adapt as necessary to bring ABG's processes in line with meeting the needs of our clients. Must be a team oriented worker and forward thinking in the execution of processes.
The ideal candidate should possess a high attention detail, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to maintain successful working relationships with all project stakeholders (internal project managers, clients, subcontractors, architects, municipalities, etc). The success of the Project Coordinator will be gauged by their efficiency and effectiveness in managing all tasks provided to them by Project Manager(s) and the executive team. The successful completion of construction document controls in conjunction with continued learning of successful best practices for construction are minimum gauges of success for this position.
Requirements
Demonstrate eagerness to learn and improve in all construction processes
Ability to learn and understand the Why of construction practices and methods
Strong oral and written customer service skills
Excellent personal organization and time management skills
Ability to work well individually and as a team member
Computer skills in MS office suite, docusign, procore
Strong ethical conviction
