Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include: 3-5 years of experience in in steel construction estimating - storage facility experience preferred Strong background in quantity takeoffs, reading blueprints, and interpreting construction documents Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, PlanSwift, PlanHub, and PlanGrid is a plus Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of bids and project pursuits Comfortable working primarily in an office environment with occasional site visits as needed Proven ability to secure successful project bids through accurate, competitive, and complete estimates Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must pass background check and drug screening Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. 3-5 years of experience in in steel construction estimating - storage facility experience preferred
