Job Description

The selected candidate will support the Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) Integrated Program Office (IPO), specifically within the Physical and Live Ranges Branch. This position centers on the technical oversight and integration of cyber and space range capabilities, enabling interoperability across live and synthetic environments and joint operational domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide engineering input into test and training range requirements, design reviews, development strategies, and acquisition planning.

Deliver technical solutions to support space and cyber training environments and operational readiness.

Develop procedures, policies, and operational concepts for range architecture.

Lead engineering initiatives through the acquisition lifecycle to deliver cyber range capabilities.

Assess mission risk, security, and safety as part of range development.

Brief senior military leadership on technical strategies and acquisition planning.

Shape test and training infrastructure across the Space and Cyberspace Domains through collaboration and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Active Top Secret clearance required.

10+ years of relevant experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) missions.

Background in military cyber operations (offensive and/or defensive), with emphasis on test and evaluation or training systems.

Proven ability to design and implement cyber capabilities across multiple classification levels.

Familiarity with U.S. Space Force missions and operational challenges.

Strong technical leadership and project management skills.

Ability to engage and brief senior military and industry stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF).

Experience supporting both developmental and operational testing environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex topics clearly.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve contractual and technical issues, and work independently in classified environments.

Education & Certifications:

Required:

Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or

Bachelors degree in a related field with 15+ years of relevant experience.

Security Clearance Requirement:
