Pay: $25 - $41 Per Hour Depending on Technical Experience - Average 45 Hours Per Week

Goulet Trucking is seeking skilled and experienced technicians to join our talented Maintenance team. Our technicians maintain safe, reliable, and cost-efficient vehicles by performing quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs to our fleet. They also perform expert diagnosis and repair as required to prevent breakdowns on the road, ce vehicle downtime and improve total fleet reliability. We are currently offering a $3,000 sign-on/retention bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment within planned time tolerances to maximize the safety, reliability, and cost efficiency throughout the life cycle of the fleet.

Perform FAI/CVI (Annual) inspections on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, and any otherpany-owned equipment in accordance with all federal, state, and local legal and regulatory agencies. (Includes all state-required inspections and frequencies).

Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications including, but not limited to, engines, transmissions and clutches, drive-line, steering and suspension, fuel and ignition system, exhaust systems (including aftertreatment systems), electrical systems, brake systems, HVAC systems.

Follow prores including documenting all work performed on work orders.

Proficient in electrical meter testing.

Welding and fabrication projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training, preferred.

Minimum of 1 Year class 8 truck repair experience required.

Current and valid driver's license.
