Responsibilities
Work under the direct supervision of a crew leader to learn essential skills.
Set up and oil forms.
Measure surfaces and panels.
Lay mesh and tie reinforcing bars and steel.
Set inserts and strike off.
Strip forms and clean up.
Consistently improve in performing tasks using these skills.
Take initiative to remain engaged in productive work throughout the day.
Communicate availability for additional tasks to the Crew Leader.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Demonstrate loyalty and mutual respect within the company.
Function effectively as a team player and seek ways to enhance work processes.
Ensure plant safety according to company safety guidelines and directives from the Safety Coordinator.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and concrete assembly.
General labor and heavy lifting capabilities.
Panel building and assembly experience.
Use of tape measure and construction skills.
Ability to load materials efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of concrete experience.
Ability to work on your feet for 50+ hours a week.
Consistent production of high-quality products.
Basic understanding of geometry.
