Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Use AWS D1.1 and D1.2 approved welding techniques to weld Aluminum and Steel components
  • Read, interpret and fit to dimensions on detailed structural and pipe drawings
  • Process inspection, certification, and documentation for job assignment(s)
  • Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools as required
  • Use of fitting tools, including, but not limited to tape measure, square & angles, protractor degrees
  • Complete necessary weld/machine setup parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
  • Use safe work habits and adhere to all safety regulations and requirements
  • Perform work in adherence with Lean Manufacturing concepts
  • Maintain clean, organized safe working environment with equipment and materials located in proper locations in accordance with 5S standards
  • Adhere to all Quality Standards as responsible for quality of own work
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
