Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Fixture Builder:

• Fabrication & Assembly
• Build fixtures, jigs, and tooling using hand tools, power tools, and machines (e.g., mills, lathes, grinders)
• Assemble components with precision to ensure they hold parts securely and accurately
• Use materials such as steel, aluminum, and plastics depending on application
• Modification & Troubleshooting
• Modify existing fixtures to improve function or accommodate new parts
• Inspect and test fixtures for quality, precision, and durability
• Troubleshoot and correct any issues in fit, alignment, or stability
• Maintenance & Documentation
• Maintain fixtures and ensure they are stored safely and in good working order
• Keep records of fixture designs, changes, and repair history
• Safety & Compliance
• Follow safety procedures and regulations in fabrication and machining environments
• Ensure fixtures meet quality and performance standards

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Experience with CNC and manual machining
• Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills
• Proficiency with measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Attention to detail and precision
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) is a plus
