Construction General Labor

Were hiring dependable and hardworking Construction General Laborers to assist with a variety of tasks on active job sites. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that builds and improves communities.

Pay: $11.00 an hour
Location: Grayson, KY

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

• Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons

• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards

• Use hand tools and power tools as directed

• Operate basic machinery or construction equipment (if trained/certified)

• Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Perform other general labor tasks as needed

• Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions

• Safety-minded with a positive attitude
