Eischen Cabinet Company is a family-owned business with over 25 years of custom woodworking excellence. We build high-end residential kitchens, bathroom vanities, built-ins, and more. We're seeking a Journeyman Cabinetmaker who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to be part of a flexible, supportive shop environment.
Responsibilities:
Build custom cabinets and wood components from blueprints and shop drawings
Operate woodworking equipment (saws, routers, jointers, CNC optional)
Assemble, sand, and finish cabinets with precision
Work with hardwoods, plywoods, veneers
Requirements:
5+ years experience in cabinetmaking or high-end millwork
Ability to read technical shop drawings
Skilled in joinery, materials, and finishes
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Bonus Skills:
KCD or CAD experience
