Residential Construction Project Coordinator

We're a friendly residential renovation and construction company based in beautiful Center Valley, PA, and we're looking for a residential Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to join our Erwin Forrest Builders team.

What you'll do

As our Project Coordinator, you'll be the central hub of activity across our residential construction projects. You'll support the team by acting as the main point of contact managing logistics, keeping things on schedule, and ensuring communication flows smoothly between designers, engineers, sales, vendors, and clients. Day to day you can expect to:

• Develop pricing for projects and submit for approval
• Enter data and files into BuilderTrend, including budgets
• Manage change orders in the system and submit for approval
• Keep project schedules on track with designers engineers, and management for structural and non-structural items for each home
• Submit and track permits
• Attend sales meetings and provides status updates on open projects

What you need to thrive in this role

• Exceptional organizational, time, and project management skills
• Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
• Be detail-oriented and tech-savvy (experience with Buildertrend is a plus)
• Enjoy working in a hands-on, multi-faceted environment
• Bring a friendly, can-do attitude to work every day
• HS diploma
