Sr. AEP Architect

As a Sr. Technology Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser. With a focus on the Provider domain you will leverage your expertise to enhance digital experiences and drive innovation. Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Adobe Experience Platform to enhance digital experiences.

+ Oversee the integration of Adobe Journey Optimiser to streamline customer journeys and improve engagement.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions within the Provider domain.

+ Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

+ Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective solution delivery.

+ Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing system enhancements and upgrades.

+ Ensure optimal performance and scalability of implemented solutions through continuous monitoring and optimization.

+ Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance digital capabilities.

+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and stakeholders on Adobe technologies.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the Provider domain.

+ Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

+ Support the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and technologies to complement existing systems.

+ Possess extensive experience in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser.

+ Demonstrate strong expertise in the Provider domain with a focus on digital transformation.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

+ Show proficiency in architectural design and documentation ensuring clarity and precision.

+ Have a proven track record of successful project delivery within a hybrid work model.
