Project Management
- Review and document project details including subcontracts, purchase orders, and payables.
- Track and manage project changes through RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change orders, and correspondence.
- Monitor buyout progress and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Estimate new projects with diligence and precision.
- Maintain open communication with owners and designers on upcoming opportunities.
Field Support
- Share long-term schedules with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist superintendents in communicating safety protocols and project updates.
- Oversee material delivery and ensure procurement processes are on track.
Project Leadership
- Build strong relationships with clients by aligning project goals with customer expectations.
- Develop a deep understanding of project plans, documents, and cost structures.
- Lead the team in creating clear schedules, benchmarks, and responsibilities.
- Produce detailed planning materials including meeting minutes and look-ahead schedules.

- Experience in wastewater and industrial projects

- Design/Build experience
- Concrete construction and commercial construction experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in design/build for industrial or wastewater projects $10m+ in size
- Proficiency in scheduling and project management software

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
