We are seeking a Construction Manager Mid (Transmission and Substation) professional, who will Look after the construction of the transmission and distribution projects dealing with the crew members
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project execution plans, aligning with service agreements and site conditions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee site preparation, construction, and final commissioning.
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Implement corrective actions to address safety or quality issues.
Manage project budgets and track expenses.
Oversee purchase orders, change orders, and invoices.
Forecast and report on project profitability.
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and community stakeholders.
Manage project communications and address inquiries promptly.
Report project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
Skills:
Experience with a computer, candidates should be able to navigate software platforms with ease. Familiarity with email, text, various MS Office products such as Teams.
Must be able to be taught our internal project tracking platforms specifically uPPM
Experience with Distribution, Transmission and Substation
Education/Experience:
BS degree preferred
High school required.
