Project Coordinator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$25.00 to $30.00 /hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Subcontracts, purchase agreements, professional services agreements, bonds, and affidavits should be prepared, tracked, and followed up on.

Project information should be prepared and maintained in ViewPoint software.

Projects should be started and set up on the network.

Subcontractor payment and performance bonds are returned and approved.

Change order requests, ASIs, PRs, CCDs, prime change orders, and subcontract change orders are prepared, processed, and followed up on, along with the updating of related logs.

Handle all related lien releases and monthly pay applications. As needed, process certified payroll reports from subcontractors related to the project administration role on projects. Create and preserve various documents, such as minutes and communications.

Project Coordinator Qualifications:

Must have Project Coordinator/ Project Estimator for 2 years or more

Must have own form of transportation

Applicant may be subject to a background check
