Our client is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of assigned projects from the date a proposal is signed until the project is handed off to the Construction Project Manager for physical delivery and installation.

Onsite in Villa Rica, GA
Full time, direct hire
$80-100k base + bonus & profit sharing

Responsibilities:
Ensure the Job Start-Up Process is completed in a timely manner
Accurately communicate and coordinate all customer design changes in a timely manner
Communicate and coordinate any Engineering or Drafting Request for Information
Manage job level compliance activities
Complete final order clarity with customer
Ensure Elevate Structures Plans match the proposal/contract scope & Architectural Drawings
Lead and schedule construction hand-off meeting
Document Site Conditions for construction planning
Document communications and critical events utilizing CRM System & Autodesk Build
Follow up, Track, and Update customer's progress on-site work and foundations
Ensure that project design proceeds so that long lead time items are ordered in a timely manner
Schedule and provide information/documents for the Construction Hand-off meeting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Project Management, Construction, or related
Experience in multifamily/residential or hospitality experience required
3+ years of experience in a general or subcontractor construction company
3+ years of experience in coordination and planning of construction projects
