We are searching for a talented Fabricator to join our team. As a Fabricator, you will perform a variety of operations to layout and fabricate a diversified line of metallic and non-metallic parts. This position reports to the Machining & Fabrication Supervisor

Fabricator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$20.00 to $30.00 /hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Operate CNC machines, mills, press brakes, shears, and welding equipment to fabricate metal parts.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.

Set up machines, measure materials accurately, and ensure precision in fabrication.

Assemble and install fabricated parts as needed; perform minor repairs or adjustments.

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot and maintain quality standards.

Fabricator Qualifications:

Proven experience operating CNC machines and metal fabrication equipment (e.g., mills, press brakes, shears, welders).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and precision in measurements.

Experience working in a team environment and communicating effectively with engineers and production staff.
