Senior Estimator

Description

• Seeking qualified professionals to support upcoming estimating opportunities for major public infrastructure projects.

• We are looking for both Senior Estimators and Estimators with strong leadership skills and technical backgrounds in estimating across buildings, infrastructure, heavy/civil, infrastructure and transit sectors.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field from a U.S. accredited institution

• 10-20+ years of estimating experience

• Expertise in developing unit prices and/or lump sum estimates (labor, material, equipment)

• Experience reviewing estimates at all stages of design and construction

• Familiarity with Risk Assessment, Life Cycle Costing, and Value Engineering

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional estimator certifications (ASPE, AACE, RICS)

• Experience with estimating software and tools (e.g., SharePoint, E-Builder)
