Concrete Laborers Needed ASAP Foundations
Pay: $25$32/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)

Location: Portage, WI

Job Description:
Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Concrete Laborers for commercial foundation projects in Portage, WI. These temporary positions last a few months and offer consistent work during the project duration. Qualified candidates will assist with all phases of foundation concrete construction, including formwork, rebar tying, pouring, raking, and stripping forms. A minimum of 2 years of commercial concrete experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Set and strip forms for foundations
Tie rebar and install reinforcement per project specifications
Assist with concrete pours: raking, screeding, vibrating, spreading, and basic hand finishing
Transport, load, and organize materials such as rebar, form panels, and tools
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work collaboratively under the supervision of concrete finishers and foremen

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of commercial concrete experience in foundation work
Reliable transportation and basic concrete hand tools
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job requires proper use of PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, and safety glasses
