Job Description Join our team as a Civil Engineer and contribute to a groundbreaking $2.2 billion data center project in Fort Worth, Texas. Situated on a sprawling 107-acre site, this facility is designed with a waterloop system to significantly reduce water usage. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil engineer to lead the design and development efforts of this innovative project. Responsibilities
- Conduct site investigation and due diligence, including ordinance reviews, utility service research, regulatory compliance assessments, and site visits to establish comprehensive development guidelines.
- Generate due diligence reports to support project planning.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for land development and utility design.
- Design civil infrastructure, including site planning and layout, roadways, drainage systems, grading, slabs, mechanical joints, asphalt, concrete works, earthworks, deep excavations, and containment structures.
- Implement stormwater management, erosion, and sediment control strategies.
- Design water distribution and sanitary sewer systems and other municipal infrastructure components.
- Prepare and develop technical reports, planning studies, specifications, and detailed design drawings.
- Conduct construction submittal reviews, calculations, and deliver other technical deliverables as required.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Experience with civil design and utilities engineering for commercial or industrial projects.
- Understanding of flatwork design, water distribution, pump stations, and mechanical joints.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates accountability, commitment, and an excellent work attitude.
