What Were Looking For:

Experience with deck construction, framing, or remodeling work

Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment. Having your own tools is a plus, but not required.

Reliable transportation (we work at job sites across the West Sound area)

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship

Accountability and a team-player mindset
