We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Installation Technician 3 to lead and execute complex HVAC system installations. You’ll be the goto field expert supervising equipment setups, managing job sites, and mentoring junior staff. This senior role is essential for timely, highquality installations across Cincinnati and surrounding areas.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission HVAC systems: ductwork, piping, controls, RTUs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, boilers.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical manuals.
Lead project execution while ensuring ontime delivery, adherence to budgets, and strict quality standards.
Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices on best practices.
Perform system testing, diagnostics, and finetuning to optimize performance.
Communicate professionally with clients, site supervisors, and project managers.
Keep accurate documentation for all installations and service work.
Ensure adherence to Ohio building codes and local regulations.
Safely operate company vehicles and tools, with daily travel within the Greater Cincinnati area.

Specific Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; HVAC trade certification or technical schooling a plus.
At least 5 years of handson HVAC installation experience , including 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain ASAP).
Valid Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to frequently lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work in rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, etc.
Excellent troubleshooting and controlsystem experience.
