Experience Carpenter

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years' carpentry experience
Proficiency in commercial and residential projects
Expertise in renovations: demolition, framing, finishing, building envelope/remediation
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Must have and own personal small hand tools
Valid driver's license in good standing , owns vehicle
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude
Self-organized with excellent time management
Capable of meeting deadlines, both independently and as part of a team

Hourly wage based on experience.
