**Job Description**

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating assigned machines, troubleshooting any production or machine downtime, cleaning and maintaining production equipment, and filling out all required paperwork. You will have the opportunity to cross-train and learn different equipment, which comes with a pay raise.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate assigned machines efficiently and safely.

+ Troubleshoot production or machine downtime effectively.

+ Clean and maintain production equipment regularly.

+ Accurately fill out all required paperwork.

+ Cross-train and learn different equipment for career growth.

**Essential Skills**

+ 6 months to 1 year of machine operating experience.

+ Proficiency in using a tape measure and reading blueprints.

+ Experience with packaging machines and quality inspection.

+ Knowledge of assembly and general production processes.

+ Familiarity with using calipers and micrometers.

**Work Environment, Shift, and Pay**

1st Shift: 5:30am-2:30am, Monday-Friday

2nd Shift: 2:30pm-1:00am, Monday-Thursday

3rd Shift: 9:30pm-6:00am, Sunday,Thursday

The facility is well-lit, clean, automated, and climate-controlled, providing a comfortable work environment. Overtime may be required depending on production needs.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Permanent position based out of Edgerton, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00/yr.
