2 week General Laborer Job Description Join our team as a General Laborer where you will play a crucial role in enhancing safety procedures by moving materials and installing metal frames. This position requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, and working in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Move materials and assist in the installation of metal frames to improve safety. Build and assemble metal frames and gating on the robotics floor. Install fencing, sensors, and video screens in pick/pack stations for safety and operational efficiency. Use hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, and pallet jacks. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment in compliance with company policies. Essential Skills Experience with hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure. Comfort with heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks. Punctuality, reliability, and safety consciousness. Work Environment This position is based in a climate-controlled warehouse environment that can be loud and chaotic. The shifts are structured from 4:30am-2:00pm for 1st shift and 2:30pm-12:30am for 2nd shift, with availability required Monday to Friday and some potential overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
