Hiring for General Laborer - in Shakopee, MN, US Pay $22/hr Location: Shakopee, Minnesota Job Type: Contract About the Role Join a hands-on team in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse environment! As a General Laborer, you'll be responsible for replacing yellow fabric inventory and supporting warehouse operations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in active settings and enjoy working collaboratively to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while managing inventory Perform repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) Operate in a loud, fast-paced environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily swap targets Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy workspace Follow all company policies and safety procedures Essential Skills & Experience general labor, construction, or production Skilled with hand and power tools Experience in commercial construction and assembly Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Carpentry experience Skilled in building metal workstations and inventory shelving Reliable and punctual Safety-focused and team-oriented Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
